SERVICES

We provide a range of therapy and community services to people of all ages. We offer services at our therapy space in Hornchurch and across Essex and East London. Training packages for institutions are available online and in person.

We offer services to individuals and groups and also cater for organisations, schools, and institutions in the community. Full day and half day packages are available and we are able to offer bespoke arrangements for specific set-ups. Please get in touch for more details.
